1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours

  • Approximately 95% of orders are shipped within this timeframe

  • A confirmation email is sent once the order is dispatched

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take additional processing time


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 5–6 working days

  • Major Towns & Cities: 6–7 working days

  • Other Locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹80 COD charges apply for orders below ₹500

Special Shipping Cases

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations

  • Bulk orders may have custom shipping rates

  • Fragile items may incur special handling fees


4. Delivery Process

Standard Delivery Procedure

  • Up to three delivery attempts are provided

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM

  • Pre-delivery notifications are sent via SMS or email

  • Contactless delivery is available where applicable

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • Full name and contact number

  • Complete shipping address

  • Nearest landmark for easy identification

  • Alternative contact number (recommended)


5. Order Tracking

Tracking Options

  • A unique tracking ID is shared via email after dispatch

  • Real-time tracking is available on our website

  • SMS updates are sent at key delivery stages

  • Customer support is available for tracking assistance


6. Delivery Coverage

Serviceable Areas

  • Pan-India delivery is available

  • Pin code verification is done at checkout

  • Some remote or restricted areas may be non-serviceable

  • International shipping is currently not available


7. Failed Deliveries & Returns

Failed Delivery Protocol

  • Three delivery attempts will be made on consecutive days

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse

  • Shipping charges may be forfeited

  • Reshipment charges may apply for re-dispatch

Return Shipping

  • Returns can be initiated easily through our website

  • Free pickup is provided for damaged or incorrect items

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • A 7-day return window applies (as per Return Policy)
